For those who will be Provider attendants for children, APC requires applicants to hold a high school diploma as well as references and proof of at least one year of experience working with children in this capacity. At APC, we require standard Provider attendants to be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID, such as a state-issued ID, Drivers License, Social Security card, or work permit. Providers must also pass a background check and not be listed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry or in the Office of Inspector General employability records.
